Twista has announced that he has NBA Live 09 early, as was the case with the latest Madden. Thus, an avid gamer [click to read], Twista will continue his trend of game reviews, and will hold an open review forum for fans to play the game and weigh in, today at Junior's Sports Bar in Chicago, with guest Chicago Bulls' Tyrus Thomas.

The event is open to all.

In other news, The Core DJ's have announced a partnership with Hoopla Media Group. This puts the top deejay alliance together with the acclaimed publicity company, allowing for greater and mutual exposure.

The first result of the venture will be Core DJ's Myrtle Beach Retreat at the Hilton Beach Resort in South Carolina on October 10th through the 13th. The Core DJ's and Hoopla Media Group will be joined by such artists as Akon, Big Boi [click to read], T-Pain, Rick Ross [click to read], Jim Jones, Three 6 Mafia, Sean Garrett, Trina, Flo Rida, Farnsworth Bentley, Pitbull and Glasses Malone [click to read].

"I'm very excited to have Hoopla Media Group join forces with the Core Family. This will go down in history. [Uniting] one the nation's most respected publicity companies with the nation's largest deejays, you can't get any better than this. I hope this continues as a new marriage for future adventures as well," said Tony Neal, Core's CEO.
